German Club Manila’s OKTOBERFEST Returns to Solaire this 2022
Ready, set, PROST! German Club Manila is back with its biggest and most-awaited event that brings its Bavarian feast, free-flowing beer, and the Fliegerlied jig at The Tent in Solaire: the Oktoberfest. Raise your beer mugs from October 14 to 15, 2022 as it celebrates 82 years of German traditions in the Philippines.
What to Expect
After its two-year Oktoberfest hiatus, German Club Manila sets rumors straight—traditions never die.
Even with the COVID-19 pandemic setting many social gatherings on pause, German Club Manila celebrated Oktoberfest in 2020 and 2021, although carefully following health protocols by making take-out and delivery an option at their headquarters, Eurovilla II Building in Makati City.

A special menu was also prepared, complete with staple Oktoberfest favorites such as Bavarian white sausages, pork knuckles, pretzels, and coldcut platters. They also went as far as decorating their restaurant with blue and white drapes to resemble the big tent at Solaire.
Now that the alert level has relaxed and more people fully vaccinated, celebrations like the Oktoberfest can commence without a hitch. Thanks to the renewal of partnership between Solaire and German Club Manila last month, beer lovers should expect an all-out celebration complete with their all-time favorite Weihenstephan beer, authentic traditional Bavarian cuisine, and the much-anticipated performances from various celebrities and the Bavarian Sound Express.
