About the Event
The most awaited traditional German beer festival will take place on October 13 & 14, 2023 (Friday – Saturday) from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM at Solaire Entertainment City. Entrance is located at The Gallery, ground floor of The Shoppes.
This year’s biggest and most authentic Oktoberfest is expected to attract more than 4,000 guests over the two-day celebration. Showcasing German Culture, the event will feature a 12-man German band flown in from Munich (Bavarian Sound Express), free flow German beer and food (German sausages, pork knuckles, pretzels etc prepared by our German chef), German host and waitresses, German beer benches as well as German dance and games. As much as 25,000 liters of wheat beer and Oktoberfest beer from Weihenstephan, the world’s oldest brewery, will be served during the event. Guests can also get a chance to win prizes during the games and lucky draws.
The Solaire Oktoberfest Tent can sit up to 2,200 guests per day.
Partnership
The German Club was founded in 1886 as a social club and assumed the name Deutscher Klub (German Club) in 1906. Today the German Club prides itself in being a home away from home for its multinational members and distinguished guests. Providing comfortable ambiance, superior food and beverages as well as a warm club atmosphere, it is conducive to private family gatherings or business communications.

Tickets
The public can purchase tickets online (http://bit.ly/GermanClubOktoberfest2023), at the German Club and at the door on the event day, please wait for official announcements.
German Club – Guests can buy tickets in the German Club office located at 5F Penthouse, Eurovilla II Bldg., 118 V.A Rufino St., Legazpi Village, Makati City (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Tickets will also be available on event day at the door.

The ticket holder is entitled to one-day entry and given a wristband based on their designated zone. Ticket holders can enjoy free flow German food and beer and midnight snacks.
We follow a strict no wristband, no entry policy.
Yes, with the provided wristband, you can go in and out of the tent.
Discounts
For bigger groups, there are corporate and group discounts. There is also an early bird discount. Please refer to ticket prices.
Reservations and Cancellations
You may choose your table depending on the 4 zones (Beergarden, Premium, Dance Floor, VIP).

Food and Drinks Policy
Free flow food will be served from 6:00 PM followed by a midnight snack from 12:00 AM

No food or beverage from outside is not allowed inside the tent.
Guests can go to the Baccarat Room & Bar open until 4:00 AM or Lucky Noodles and Dragon Bar which are open 24 hours.
Smoking Area
Yes, only at the designated smoking areas. There are 2 separate smoking areas at both ends of the tent.

Safety and Health
Our venue partner is following the current health, safety, and security guidelines implemented by the government. Kindly prepare proof of vaccination prior to your visit.

There’s wireless internet all around Solaire and at the tent. Guests should select ‘Solaire Guest wi-fi’. Access is free and unlimited.
There are various ATMs of major banks available in the property. The closest is BDO in The Shoppes near Abe restaurant.
The casino is operated 24 hrs. Direction from all entrance doors of Solaire.

Oktoberfest Marshmallow Dome, Roasted Almonds with Sugar Coating, Lollipops, and Cupcakes will be available for purchase.

Yes, the tent is fully air-conditioned and enclosed except for the smoking area that is semi outdoor with a cover.
Getting There
Without traffic, travel time should be roughly 30 minutes. Costs would be about PHP 300 from major commercial areas via Grab.
Yes. Free parking is available, it’s recommended to park at The Theater car park.
Chargeable Valet parking is also available.
Terms & Conditions
Your event entry ticket is proof of purchase for entry to the 83rd Oktoberfest Manila held in Solaire Entertainment City by German Club Manila and must be presented at the time of admission.
The barcode on each ticket only allows one entry per scan. Please keep your ticket/barcode in a safe place. The German Club (GC) is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication.
There will be No Refunds or Returns on all final sales.
German Club/Solaire reserve the right to refuse entry.
This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
This ticket has been created and managed using Yapsody.com and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Yapsody.com.

Proof of age or Valid ID may be requested upon entry as only those of legal age may participate in the event.
Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
Any persons who are threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
German Club/Solaire have all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
Should there be any restrictions imposed by the proper government authorities due to COVID-19 that will prevent the Club from holding the Oktoberfest celebration this coming October 2023, any cash amount mentioned will not be refundable but will still be valid and honored on the next scheduled Oktoberfest.
German Club reserves the right to re-assign seats in the same ticket category to accommodate other seating requirements and to fully utilize the event area.
Current Safety, Health, and Security Guidelines will be implemented by our venue partner, Solaire Entertainment City. Guests shall be requested to present their vaccination card upon entry.
