The German Club Manila Oktoberfest runs Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 October 2026 at the Solaire Resort Entertainment City Grand Ballroom. Doors open at 6:00 PM each evening. Entrance is via The Gallery, Ground Floor, The Shoppes at Solaire.

This is a strictly 18+ event. Minors will not be admitted regardless of accompaniment. A valid government-issued ID may be required at entry.
A valid government-issued photo ID is recommended for everyone and may be required to verify the 18+ age policy. Acceptable forms include passport, driver’s licence, PhilSys ID, UMID, or PRC ID.
Your ticket includes admission for one event night, a wristband (your re-entry token), free-flow German food and Hofbräu München beer, and a souvenir ceramic Oktoberfest mug to take home.
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Limited exceptions apply if we cancel the event under the force-majeure clause in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes, re-entry is permitted throughout the evening as long as you are wearing your valid wristband. Without a wristband, our no wristband, no entry policy applies.
Smart casual, or traditional Bavarian attire (Lederhosen or Dirndl).
Thursday (8 October): 8 guests per table.
Friday and Saturday (9–10 October): 10 guests per table.
Smaller groups may be seated with others at the same table.
Yes, we offer discounts such as Early Bird pricing (released in June 1 to July 30), and Group (20–79 guests) rates and Corporate (80+ guests) rates. See current pricing on the ticket page, or contact us at tickets@oktoberfest.ph.
Yes, corporate bookings of 80+ guests qualify for our Corporate rate, and 20–79 guests qualify for the Group rate. Email us at tickets@oktoberfest.ph or sponsorship@oktoberfest.ph for a tailored quote.
Online (Yapsody): credit/debit card, online bank transfer and Dragonpay.
In person at the German Club Office: cash, credit card, bank transfer (Metrobank or BPI), or cheque payable to German Club, Inc.
When you buy your ticket on Yapsody, you choose your zone — VIP seating, Dance Floor, Premium, or Beergarden. Specific tables within a zone are assigned by the event team to fit your group size. Zones are sold while supplies last.
Your Yapsody confirmation email is your ticket. If you can’t find it, search your inbox for “Yapsody” or contact us at tickets@oktoberfest.ph with the buyer name and order number. We can re-issue the confirmation.
We operate a strict no wristband, no entry policy. Please keep your wristband on for the duration of the evening, lost wristbands will not be replaced.
If we must cancel or postpone for reasons beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), we will either reschedule within 120 days or stage an equivalent event, or — if neither is possible — refund the ticket price less reasonable fees. Full mechanism in our Terms & Conditions.
Free-flow German buffet is served from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
No, admission is all-inclusive and there are no food-or-beer only tickets.
No, outside food and beverages are not permitted, in line with our Terms & Conditions and venue policy.
No, all food and beverages must be consumed inside the Grand Ballroom.
Yes, a cash bar inside the Grand Ballroom serves premium spirits, wine and cocktails at additional cost. Please drink responsibly.
The buffet is German-style with pork, beef, poultry, and side options. We can accommodate vegetarian and selected dietary needs on request. Please email tickets@oktoberfest.ph at least one week before the event for your dietary needs. Halal-certified meals are not available on the main buffet.
This year we welcome more than 6,000 guests across three nights of authentic Bavarian celebration: the Bavarian Sound Express, a 11 musician German band flown in from Munich, free-flow German food prepared by our German chef, Hofbräu München beer, a German MC and stage programme, games, raffle prizes, and a souvenir Oktoberfest mug for you to take home.
The Grand Ballroom seats approximately 1,400 guests on Thursday and 2,300 guests on Friday and Saturday. It is a fully enclosed, air-conditioned venue.
The German Club Manila is a private, non-profit social and cultural club founded in 1906. It has hosted the Manila Oktoberfest annually for over eight decades, except during the World Wars and the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn more at germanclub.ph.

Yes, every guest receives a souvenir ceramic Oktoberfest mug.
Yes. Doors open at 6:00 PM and admissions continue throughout the evening, but the food buffet ends at 10:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 6:30 PM to enjoy the full program.
Yes, Solaire and the Grand Ballroom are wheelchair-accessible, with step-free entry, accessible washrooms, and lift access from The Shoppes. Please email tickets@oktoberfest.ph in advance if you need specific seating arrangements.
Small handbags and clutches are welcome. Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are subject to inspection at entry and may be refused. Outside food, drinks, and the prohibited items listed in our Terms & Conditions will not be allowed in.
No, pets are not permitted in the Grand Ballroom. Certified service animals are welcome.
Yes, the event is professionally photographed and filmed for marketing and documentation, and our media partners may also be present. By attending you consent to your image being used in event coverage, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
If you lose an item during the event, ask any usher or visit the Welfare/Info booth in the pre-function area. After the event, email tickets@oktoberfest.ph with a description and the date. We’ll coordinate with Solaire’s lost-and-found.
Yes. Fire, Safety, and Security teams from Solaire and the German Club are on standby throughout the event.
Yes, first-aid and medical personnel are on site throughout each event night. Please approach any usher or staff member if you need help.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking areas at either end of the Grand Ballroom.
Cigarettes and cigars are available for purchase inside the Grand Ballroom.
Yes, the Grand Ballroom is fully enclosed and air-conditioned. The smoking area at each end is semi-outdoor under a canopy.
Yes, connect to Solaire Guest Wi-Fi, complimentary throughout the venue.
Washrooms are located in The Shoppes gallery and near Waterside.
Without traffic, Solaire is roughly a 30-minute drive from Makati, BGC, or Alabang. Travel time and fares vary considerably with traffic, time of day, and provider. We recommend leaving extra time.
Yes, free self-parking is available; The Theater car park is the nearest. Valet parking is also available at Solaire’s published rates.
ATMs from major Philippine banks are located throughout the Solaire property, including near the casino entrances and The Shoppes.
The Solaire Casino operates 24/7. Directions signs are posted from every entrance.
Solaire has several after-hours venues, including Baccarat Room & Bar and Lucky Noodles & Dragon Bar. Opening hours are subject to change, check with the Solaire concierge on the night.
