Our raffle team walks the room each night. Buy as many tickets as you like.
Stub in your pocket, counterfoil in the bowl
The counterfoil goes into the fishbowl at the Raffle Booth in the pre-function area. Hang on to the matching stub.
The MC calls the numbers
Draws happen on stage between band sets. Winning numbers also light up the LED screens — listen and look.
Walk up and claim
Match the stub to the number, head to the stage with a valid government-issued photo ID, and the prize is yours.
Each night stands alone. Thursday tickets are drawn Thursday, Friday tickets Friday, Saturday tickets Saturday — numbers do not roll over.
The Fine Print
Who can win
- Ticketed guests aged 18 and above attending the event.
- Members of the German Club Manila Board, the Oktoberfest Organising Committee, raffle sellers and their immediate household are not eligible.
Claiming your prize
- Bring the original physical stub and a valid government-issued photo ID. Photographs of stubs are not accepted.
- If you’re in the venue when your number is called, head straight to the stage. For larger prizes, our team will arrange collection.
- If you’re not in the venue, the MC may call a backup number — or hold the prize for collection at the German Club Manila Office, Penthouse, Eurovilla II Building, 118 V.A. Rufino St., Legaspi Village, Makati (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM).
- Held prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the event. Unclaimed prizes may be re-raffled at a later club event or returned to the donor.
- Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable for cash, and subject to each donor’s own validity dates, blackout periods and identification rules.
