How the Raffle Works
Buy a ticket at Oktoberfest
Keep an eye out for our charming raffle girls dressed in beautiful traditional dirndls, carrying raffle baskets throughout the ballroom each night. Conveniently purchase your raffle tickets wherever no matter where your are.
Keep the raffle tickets as you drop the raffle stubs in our fishbowl
Drop your stubs into the fishbowl at the Raffle Booth in the pre-function area and hang on to the raffle ticket.
Raffle Draw
Draws happen on stage between band sets. Winning numbers for our main raffle item of the night will be announced on stage while other winning prizes will be flashed on the LED screens.

Check your tickets as the numbers flash on stage. Verify your winning ticket in our Raffle Booth.
Please note that tickets are purchased each day and that tickets do not roll over for the other event days.
The Fine Print
Who can win
- Ticketed guests aged 18 and above attending the event.
- Members of the German Club Manila Board, the Oktoberfest Organizing Committee, raffle sellers and their immediate household are not eligible.
Claiming your prize
- Physical raffle tickets must be presented to claim your prizes. Photographs of stubs are not accepted.
- If you’re in the venue when your number is called, head straight to the stage. Our team may ask for your information as larger prizes may need certain arrangements for collections.
- If you’re not in the venue, the MC may call a backup number — or hold the prize for collection at the German Club Manila Office, Penthouse, Eurovilla II Building, 118 V.A. Rufino St., Legaspi Village, Makati (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM).
- Held prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the event. Unclaimed prizes may be re-raffled at a later club event.
- Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable for cash, and subject to each donor’s own validity dates, blackout periods and identification rules.
