Your event ticket is proof of purchase for entry to the 85th Oktoberfest Manila held in Solaire Resort Entertainment City, organized by the German Club Manila (the “Organizer”) and must be presented at the time of admission.

This ticket has been created and managed using Yapsody.com and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Yapsody.com, the German Club Manila and Solaire Resort Entertainment City.

The barcode on each ticket only allows one (1) entry per scan. Please keep your ticket/barcode in a safe place. The German Club Manila (GC) is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication or loss of tickets.

There will be No Refunds or Returns on already purchased tickets; all sales are final. 

In the event that the organizer cancels any or all of the dates of the event due to force majeure (as defined by the international Chamber of Commerce 2003, or the ICC force Majeure clause of 2003) or any act or event that prevents the organizer from staging the event, or is beyond any reasonable control of the organizer, the organizer may reschedule the Event or stage a similar event with equal entertainment value as determined by the organizer, on a date not later the One hundred Twenty (120) days from the original date of the event; otherwise the organizer shall return the purchase price of the ticket (after deducting for reasonable fees such as banking fees, payment gateway fees, commissions, etc.)

Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means to any third party at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be canceled, and the ticket holder denied entry.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and any persons displaying threatening or unruly behavior will be asked to leave the premises.

This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.

Ticket holders are required to only occupy the specific seat / table as indicated on your ticket. The organizer reserves the right to re-assign seats in the same ticket category to accommodate other seating requirements and to fully utilize the event area.

Proof of age or Valid ID may be requested upon entry as only those of legal age may participate in the event.

Doors open at 6:00 PM on the day of the event.

Any persons who are threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.

The organizer reserves the exclusive rights to film, photo and video production of this event. 

Guests are not allowed to bring professional video recording or photography equipment to the event. Other prohibited items to bring to the event include:

Weapons: Firearms, knives, explosives, and any item that could be used as a weapon; Illegal substances and drug paraphernalia Flammable Items: Fireworks, flares, and other flammable materials; Explosives; Noisemakers: Air horns, whistles, Tripods; Signs on Poles; Outside Food and Beverages;  Animals; Laser Pointers

The ticket holders’ attendance at the event is strictly at his/her own risk. The organizer and all related parties are not responsible for loss of goods, theft, damage of personal belongings or possible accident / injury to yourself or others. 

The ticket holder agrees to hold harmless the organizers and the related parties from any third-party claims related to the attendance at the event.

Current Safety, Health, and Security Guidelines will be implemented by our venue partner, Solaire Entertainment City. Guests shall be requested to present their vaccination card upon entry
