2. Website use

You may view and download content from this website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, redistribute, scrape, or use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. All content (text, images, logos, video) is the property of the Organizer or its licensors and is protected by Philippine copyright law (RA 8293).

3. Tickets — proof of purchase and admission

Your event ticket is proof of purchase for entry to the German Club Manila Oktoberfest, held at Solaire Resort Entertainment City on October 8–10, 2026. The ticket must be presented at the time of admission. Tickets are sold exclusively through our official ticketing partner Yapsody at oktoberfest-manila.yapsody.com, and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Yapsody.com, the German Club Manila, and Solaire Resort Entertainment City.

Each ticket is valid only for the specific event date and ticket category printed on it. Tickets are non-transferable to other dates and non-exchangeable across categories. Re-entry is permitted on the same event night provided the guest is wearing their valid wristband; the wristband is the sole re-entry token (“no wristband, no entry”).

The barcode on each ticket allows only one (1) entry per scan. Please keep your ticket and barcode in a safe place. The Organizer is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorised duplication or loss of tickets.

4. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellation

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on tickets already purchased, except as expressly set out below.

In the event that the Organizer is unable to hold the Event due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, government order or restriction, public health emergency, venue unavailability, acts of terrorism, civil disturbance, war, labor disputes, or other similar events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), the Organizer may reschedule the Event, or stage a similar event of equal entertainment value (as determined by the Organizer), on a date which the Organizer shall use reasonable efforts to schedule within One Hundred Twenty (120) days from the original event date, subject to venue availability, regulatory requirements, performer availability, and other operational considerations beyond the control of the Organizer. If neither is possible, the Organizer shall refund the ticket’s purchase price, less any third-party ticketing, payment processing, banking fees or any other fees that have been charged and are non-refundable to the Organizer.

The Organizer’s maximum liability per ticket is the ticket’s face value.

5. Resale and scalping

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or offered to any third party by any means at a price greater than the ticket’s purchase price, nor used for any commercial or promotional purpose without the Organizer’s prior written consent. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets that are reasonably suspected to have been acquired, resold, or otherwise used in violation of this policy without refund, and to deny entry to the holder of such ticket.

6. Admission, conduct, and seating

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for safety, security, compliance, or operational reasons, including where the person is intoxicated, disorderly, abusive, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise poses a risk to the Event, its guests, staff or the venue, without a refund.

Where applicable, ticket holders are required to occupy only the specific seat or table indicated on their ticket. The Organizer reserves the right to re-assign seats within the same ticket category or to substantially equivalent accommodation, where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, venue management, or similar event requirements to fully utilize the event area.

This Event is strictly for persons eighteen (18) years of age or older and a valid government-issued ID may be required upon entry. No person below eighteen (18) years of age shall be admitted, regardless of accompaniment.

Doors open at 6:00 PM on each event day. Programme details and set times are published separately and may change without notice.

Drink responsibly. RA 10586 (Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act) applies — please plan a safe trip home.

7. Photography and video

The Organizer and its authorized representatives or suppliers may and reserve the exclusive right to film, photograph, and produce audio-visual content of the Event for documentation, publicity, promotional, security, and related event purposes. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, the ticket holder/guest acknowledges and agrees that photographs, video recordings, and other audio-visual materials may be taken during the Event in which the ticket holder may appear incidentally or as part of the audience or event activities, and that such materials may be used, reproduced, published, displayed, or distributed by the Organizer in connection with the promotion, documentation and marketing of the Event and future related activities, without compensation or further notice, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

Professional video recording or photography equipment is not permitted.

9. Raffle

The Organizer may conduct raffle draws, giveaways, or similar promotional activities during the Event as part of the event program for eligible ticketed attendees, subject to applicable mechanisms, eligibility requirements, and prize terms as may be announced or otherwise made available by the Organizer. Decisions made by the Organizer in accordance with the applicable mechanisms shall be final, subject to applicable laws.

10. Liability

Attendance at the Event is voluntary, and ticket holders are expected to exercise reasonable care for their own safety and personal belongings. Neither the Organizer nor any of its affiliates — including Solaire Resort Entertainment City, the performers and entertainers, sponsors, partners, suppliers, and vendors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) — shall be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property nor for any accident or injury to the ticket holder or others. The ticket holder agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claims arising from attendance at the Event.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, the Organizer shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of attendance at the Event or use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites (sponsors, Yapsody, partners). The Organizer is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of those third parties.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your attendance at the Event shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Philippines.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or attendance at the Event after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
